We understand that providing quality placement that will also integrate well with current staffing models is such an integral part in keeping all of our clients comfortable with the placement process. Our contracted facilities are visited and reviewed by our physician representatives. This is to ensure that Universal provides a realistic picture of the facilities staffing model to our contractors. We believe in eliminating the surprises and make sure our physicians are comfortable with the environment they will be working in.
